Referral Terms and Conditions

Referral Process:

To participate in our referral program, simply fill out the referral form on our website or provide the necessary information to one of our representatives.

You may refer friends, family members, or acquaintances who are interested in availing our services.

Referral Incentives:

For each successful referral, your friend will receive a $200 discount on their service invoice. As a token of our appreciation, you will receive a $200 reward after the completion of your friend’s service. Rewards can be redeemed for a $250 credit towards our floor coating services. Alternatively, if you prefer to convert your reward into an e-gift card, you will receive a $200 gift card instead.

Eligibility:

Referrals must be new clients who have not previously availed our services. Referrals must mention your name or provide your referral code at the time of booking their service. Employees and affiliates are also eligible to participate in the referral program.

Redemption:

Upon the completion of your friend’s service, they will receive a $200 discount applied directly to their service invoice. As a referrer, you will receive your $200 reward via email within 7 days after your friend’s service has been completed.

If you opt to redeem your referral reward for our floor coating service, please notify the administrator at least 15 business days before scheduling the service appointment. This advance notice allows us to effectively coordinate the service and ensure availability.

Maximum Claim Amount: You can claim up to $5,000 for a single floor coating service.

Minimum Claim Amount: The minimum reward amount eligible for a floor coating service is $250.

Please be aware that the availability of our floor coating service may vary due to factors such as scheduling and geographical location. However, we are committed to accommodating your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Limits and Restrictions:

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Referral incentives cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Referral incentives have no cash value.

By participating in our referral program, you authorize us to contact the referred individual using the information provided.

Modification and Termination:

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the referral program will be communicated to participants via email or on our website.

Compliance:

All referrals must comply with our terms and conditions and the requirements of the referral program. We reserve the right to disqualify any referrals that do not meet these criteria.
