Photo & Video Release Agreement
This Photo and Video Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Customer and Octo Pro Coatings (“Company”).
AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
Customer acknowledges and agrees to grant Octo Pro Coatings the right to take photographs and videos of the service provided by Octo Pro Coatings at the Customer’s property, as well as photographs and videos that may include the Customer themselves. These photographs and videos may be used by Octo Pro Coatings for promotional and marketing purposes on various platforms, including but not limited to social media, website, and printed materials.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By acquiring our services, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Grant of Permission: Customer grants Octo Pro Coatings the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the photographs and videos taken of the service in which Customer’s property and the Customer themselves may be included, for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
Usage: Octo Pro Coatings may use the photographs and videos in various media formats, including but not limited to online platforms, social media, website, email newsletters, print materials, and any other promotional materials.
Compensation: Customer understands that they will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of the photographs and videos.
Release of Liability: Customer releases Octo Pro Coatings from any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and videos.
Duration: This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, unless Customer submits a written request to revoke this permission.
By clicking the Submit Button, Customer confirms that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and consent to the use of photographs and videos of their property and their own image by Octo Pro Coatings for promotional purposes.
